Employees are the core of Global Professional Seating- therefore, we do our utmost to ensure a good working environment.

Our workplace assessments (APV) are a process where employees' conditions are systematically evaluated on a wide range of points, including satisfaction, working conditions, work environment, and safety risks.

To enhance well-being and community, we enjoy coming together for activities beyond our production - even though we are immensely proud of it...

We have lunches, Wednesday cake, Friday breakfast, and trips both near and far to create joy and maintain and strengthen our sense of community.
